The Department of Arabic Language is one of the main academic departments within the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Fallujah, an official institution under the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Its academic outcomes align with the educational and instructional domains of the Ministries of Education and Religious Endowments and their affiliated institutions. The department was established in 2009 and awards a Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language. Master’s programs in both Linguistics and Literature were launched in the academic year 2020–2021, followed by the opening of a doctoral program in Linguistics for the academic year 2024–2025.
