The college aspires to emphasize the ethics of scholarly disagreement among jurists, raise community awareness that diversity of opinion stems from the intellectual freedom endorsed by Islam, and highlight the linguistic and scientific miracles of the Holy Qur’an.
Mission

Objectives
- To graduate specialists in Islamic jurisprudence and the Arabic language to serve the country and its people.
- To develop students’ skills in Islamic and linguistic sciences through the use of theoretically supported teaching methods.
- To enrich students with comprehensive knowledge of Islamic and linguistic sciences, provide them with guidance and advice, and encourage them to engage with the community to build an informed and unified society fortified with encyclopedic knowledge.
- To conduct theoretical, applied, and comparative research and to foster critical thinking skills based on a holistic and moderate Islamic vision.
- For the college to have a prominent impact in various areas by conducting studies and offering consultations in Islamic jurisprudence and Arabic language.
