Academic Promotion Seminar

Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Jassim Abdul (respected), chaired by Prof. Dr. Majid Saleh Ibrahim (respected), and followed up by Assist. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdulrazzaq Mahmoud (respected), Head of the Department of Sharia, the Department of Sharia at the College of Islamic Sciences – University of Fallujah held an academic promotion seminar.

During the seminar, the research papers submitted by Assist. Lecturer Dr. Majid Hamed Harz (respected), a faculty member in Qur’an and its Sciences, were discussed as part of his application for promotion from the rank of Lecturer (PhD) to Assistant Professor.

The seminar committee unanimously agreed that the submitted research falls within the applicant’s specialization and has been published in peer-reviewed journals. The seminar was held on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at the central hall of the College of Islamic Sciences.
