Monday, August 5, 2024, the public discussion of the master’s student (Faris Fadel Jassim Mahmoud) from the Sharia Department, took place regarding his thesis entitled [Fiqh issues in which two views were mentioned by the Shafi’is in the book Al-Bayan by Al-Omrani, d. 558 AH, from the chapter on guidance to the chapter on hunting and slaughtering and their impact on contemporary fatwas - a comparative study] in the central hall of the college.
