Tuesday 6/8/2024, the public discussion of the master’s student (Muhammad Hamid Mutlaq Batti) from the Department of Sharia - College of Islamic Sciences / University of Fallujah took place on his thesis entitled [The jurisprudential issues in which two views were mentioned by the Shafi’is in the book Al-Bayan by Al-Omrani d. 558 AH from the chapter on what is permissible to sell and what is not permissible to sell to the chapter on usury and its impact on contemporary fatwas - a comparative study] in the central hall of the college.
