The Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Fallujah, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jassim, along with the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ali Hussein, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim Ismail from the University of Mosul, chaired a ministerial committee to evaluate the scientific and academic reality at the College of Islamic Sciences at Tikrit University.
