Department Mission:
The Department of Sharia seeks to provide comprehensive education in Islamic sciences and to develop and strengthen students' intellectual, academic, and research skills in line with the needs of society.
Department Objectives:
First: To provide students with the necessary knowledge of the most important Islamic sciences, including jurisprudence, principles of jurisprudence, interpretation, grammar, morphology, and other Islamic sciences.
Second: To contribute to correcting misconceptions and disseminating correct Islamic culture among young people in society, ensuring the spread of moderate, tolerant thought that represents true Islam and seeks to build and reform the individual and scoiety.
Third: Work to develop the student's fiqh (jurisprudential) ability to correctly understand Islamic texts, fostering a moderate, balanced, and open personality.
Fourth: Enrich Islamic studies with research, dissertations, and theses that serve societal issues, and work to authenticate manuscripts of outstanding scholarly value.
Fifth: Actively contributing to giving lectures and holding workshops and seminars that contribute to spreading the spirit of commitment to the provisions of Sharia and disseminating the highest values and ideals in our honorable society.
