In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and the most complete blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and upon his family and noble companions.
There is no doubt that the College of Islamic Sciences is one of the distinguished and reputable colleges at the University of Fallujah. It has always been and will continue to rely on scientific foundations that adopt a moderate way of thinking, far from extremism and radicalism. This college stands as a fundamental pillar in the city of Fallujah, having taken upon itself the great responsibility of preparing a generation of youth who are aware and conscious of their religious responsibilities. These responsibilities must serve as a safety valve for both the Anbar community and Iraqi society at large. Youth are the builders of the future, and they must be built on sound religious principles, away from doctrinal and intellectual deviations, and protected from foreign cultural influences.
This scientific and intellectual foundation adopted by the College of Islamic Sciences is reflected in its curricula, which are distinguished by being scientific and up-to-date, keeping pace with academic and scientific advancement. These curricula are designed from a moderate perspective that embraces modernity while striving to meet global quality standards in education, all while preserving the religious identity — the enduring and unshakable identity upon which Muslim society was raised and from which it will never detach under any circumstances.
As for the professors at the college, they are all highly qualified scholars who carry the concerns of the Islamic Ummah before the concerns of the local community. They bear a double responsibility: societal and religious.
The college has chosen a path based on collective cooperation to build a nation founded on Islamic moral values and firm principles a nation that unites its people through the bonds of religion, national identity, and a shared destiny. This responsibility is a collective one, and no one is exempt from it. Everyone is accountable before Allah and society. This is the path the college strives to instill intellectually and practically in its students and staff.
