Excellence and leadership in education and research in the fields of Islamic sciences and the Arabic language. The college aspires to promote the etiquette of scholarly disagreement among jurists and to raise awareness in society that the diversity of opinions stems from the intellectual freedom endorsed by Islam, while also highlighting the scientific and linguistic miracles of the Holy Qur’an.
Mission

Objectives
- To prepare graduates specialized in Islamic Sharia sciences and the Arabic language in order to serve the nation and its people.
- To enhance students’ skills in Sharia and language studies by employing theoretically supported methods for teaching the relevant sciences.
- To enrich students with comprehensive knowledge in Islamic and linguistic sciences, offering them guidance and emphasizing the importance of their engagement with society to achieve a unified, culturally aware community.
- To conduct theoretical, applied, and comparative research and to develop critical thinking skills based on a comprehensive and moderate Islamic perspective.
- For the college to have a prominent impact in various fields through conducting studies and offering consultations in Islamic law and the Arabic language.
- To enrich society with graduates who embody moderate Islamic culture, enabling them to participate in various activities such as teaching, writing, lecturing, meeting the needs of religious schools and other institutions, and serving as preachers, imams, and orators.
